with the A3 table without air cushion, which we believe will meet the counting needs of your company.

The counting process of the PROTEC ADR32 CM requires the following repetitive operations:

1. removing the package sheets from not counted quantity on pallet approx. 15 - 20 cm height and its shake off in order to align the corners of the sheets in the package

2. Insert this package into the count space of the PROTEC ADR32 CM and set the counting process and start the counting cycle. The counting process setting does not change until the machine is turned off or until the next setting

3. During the counting, separating tapes approx. 5 cm long after a preset number of sheets will be shot into the edge of the bale and individual components will be created

4. After completing the bale counting of approx. 15 - 20 cm high, the operator takes it with the strips loaded and can divide the counted components from the top and insert them into the equipment of the subsequent production process, for example, the wrapper. The last folder in the package will most likely not have the required number of sheets.

There is a function of subsequent counting in the sheet computer, ie in the next package the required number of sheets is added to fill the previous folder, but it is necessary to make sure that the correct parts of the folders are combined - sometimes more demanding for the operator's attention. Or, the sheets from the incomplete folder are added to the sheets of the new package and the counting process starts again. Some sheets are thus counted twice.
